Default Your version is in lockDown mode

Hi,

I just downloaded the trial version and when i try to connect to my DB, it displays an error message saying it is in 'Lockdown Mode and I have to contact SaSoft'

What it means, can you unlock it?

First, did you enter in your registration info here:

xShop Setup >> User Registration

And add your registration info (the name and email you used to download xShop).


Next, if you didn't do so and let me know if xShop connects for you.

Some accounts were locked down by accident, but that issue has been resolved.

Try again and let us know if it is now working.

My version EXPIRED before I had the chance to try it out!
First there was the lockdown problem, now is completely useless!

I reset you trial period. You should be good to go.

If it still isn't working, let us know and we will try our best to get it working for you.

I may be having the same problem, though I d/l'd 1.0 first but did not install it, but now have 1.1.1 and am getting a message about not being a registered user.
