Default Are you guys still in business?

If you are, do you have any customers in the Phoenix area where I could take a look at this in action? I've never been able to get the trial version to work.

Thanks,
Lyle Knox

Yes, still in business.

What is the problem? I am sure we can get you connected pretty quick.

I'm just not server-literate enough to know how this is supposed to be linked into the server and have never been able to actually see it in action. Every time I've tried to set it up, I get frustrated and quit, then the free trial period runs out. :-) If you have any customers in the Phoenix Metro area, I'd appreciate it if I could contact one or two and see how they are getting on.

Thanks,
Lyle

It is pretty easy to set up if you follow the how-to guide.

See this:
xShop Trial version setup

It is a step by step guide. Start going through it step by step, and post a reply where you hit a snag, and I will help you through it.

Just a note, you need to have remote access rights to your mysql database or SSH access to your account. Without one of these, you cannot use xShop.

I have just tried to use the trial version and been informed by the product that I am not registered to use the product, is there something I am missing here? I have previously downloaded the trial and ran out of time to try it the first time around, I thought I had reloaded the trial again correctly however not functioning for me.
I will uninstall all files for xshop and await any replies.

If you had a trial that expired, they will have to reset your account before it will work. Once it expires, you can't use it anymore until your account is re-set. If you PM Aaron, he should be able to fix you up.
